Before your child can be enrolled in a class, the following items must be completed or provided. Please call our school office at 510-797-8186 to schedule a visit.

Kindergarten

  • Application (online)
  • Copy of child’s birth certificate (can upload to application)
  • $175 application fee (non-refundable) click here to pay
  • Evaluation that your child is Kindergarten ready (administered by school)
  • Proof of Immunizations (can upload to application)

Grades 1-8

  • Application (online)
  • $175 application fee (non-refundable) click here to pay
  • Copy of students last progress/report card (can upload to application)
  • Copy of students last standardized test (can upload to application)
  • New Student Interview with the Principal

** All required documents can be uploaded to your application or turned into the school office.

The application process for the 2022 – 2023 School Year will begin January 2022: 

  • Kindergarten Enrollment begins January 19, 2022
  • Preschool & 1st-8th Grade Re-enrollment begins February 1, 2022
  • Preschool & 1st-8th Grade Open Enrollment begins March 1, 2022 

Next Steps:

School office will contact you to schedule either a Kindergarten Assessment or New Student Interview (1st-8th) with in a week of receiving application.

After the interview or assessment takes place, you will be contacted by phone or email regarding the acceptance of your child.

All new students are accepted on a probationary basis.
