Meet the Teachers

RYAN MELCHER
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Melcher taught 5th and 6th Grade for ten years before joining Prince of Peace in 2015. Since then, he has been a 7th and 8th Grade homeroom teacher, coach, athletic director, event director and junior high social studies teacher. He holds a B.A. in Broad Field Social Studies/Elementary Education from Concordia University, Wisconsin. Mr. Melcher completed the School Leadership Development program (SLED) through the Missouri Synod. In 2021, he earned his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from American College of Education. He became principal and joined our administrative team in 2022. Mr. Melcher also enjoys cooking, camping, sports and spending time with his wife and two sons.

REGINA IMLACH
PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR
Mrs. Imlach has been the Preschool Director since 2005. She received her Montessory Teaching Credentials from the Montessori Teacher’s Training Center in Mountain View, CA. Mrs. Imach enjoys photography, scrapbooking and spending time with her family and friends.

TINA STEPHEN
OFFICE MANAGER
Tina joined Prince of Peace in 2014. She is responsible for running the school office, supporting our Principal, families and community. Tina enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family, traveling, and a good cup of coffee!

ERIN BECKETT
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & REGISTRAR
Mrs. Erin Beckett has been a POP parent since 2010 and has been on staff as our school office administrator since 2019. Erin is the happy face that greets you when you come into the school office. She is responsible for helping students and parents as well as supporting the teachers and Principal. As a former 911 dispatcher for the San Bruno Police Department for 19 years, Mrs. Beckett is ready to tackle anything that comes her way. Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys, “glamping” and watching her boys play hockey and baseball.

MEGAN EDDINGS
MARKETING & ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR
Megan, a Prince of Peace alumna, has been an employee here since 2020. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from Sonoma State University and her master’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in media studies from California State University, East Bay. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, riding her horse, watching Disney movies and spending time with her husband and dog.
